Belfast: A new coffee shop is opening on Wednesday. It’s called Nine Squared Belfast. They invested £300,000 and created 10 new jobs.

The shop is on the ground floor of the Printworks building on Queen Street. It has seating for 35 guests. They serve signature brews from Origin, a specialty coffee roaster. You can also find locally baked goods from Bakari Bakery. A click and collect service will be available soon.

To celebrate the opening, the first 300 coffees sold each day from February 5 to 9 will be just £1.

Nine Squared Belfast is owned by Sean McDonnell and Neil Cole. Sean has experience in the independent coffee industry. Neil has a background in marketing and has worked with Meta and TikTok.

Neil expressed excitement about the opening. He mentioned the unique space and beautiful interiors. It’s a great spot to relax away from the city’s hustle.

Sean added that they plan to host events like supper clubs and music nights. They want to bring people together and showcase local talent. The £1 coffee offer is a great way to kick things off!
