Caught on camera: A man attacked a woman, then leapt in front of a moving car in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
He yelled at the Skoda Kodiaq driver, who seemed to be with the woman. He kicked and pushed her as the car sped off trying to help; she screamed while trapped. The driver tried to circle back, but it was no use.
She ran along Northwood Street briefly before getting back into the blue car and making her escape. As the car drove away, the man jumped in front of the moving vehicle.
The car hit him pretty hard, causing damage. The impact sent him flying upwards over the car’s hood, shattering the Skoda’s windshield. He did a backwards roll to recover and quickly stood up again.
He yelled more bad words at them as the car sped toward Livery Street. Then, the man just walked away casually. A resident filmed the incident, and the footage lasted nearly three minutes.
Someone asked West Midlands Police about this. Police said they weren’t called, and nobody reported anything that day.
