Aberdeen: A serious fire broke out in a high-rise flat last night. It happened on the 12th floor of Aulton Court around 8 PM.

Emergency services were quick to respond. Firefighters, police, and ambulance crews rushed to the scene. They worked hard to control the blaze and help those affected.

Seven people were treated for injuries. The area was blocked off by police, extending to King Street’s First Bus depot.

A spokesperson from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said they were alerted just before 8 PM. They sent five fire engines to tackle the fire in the communal area.
