A drug dealer was arrested in Bristol after police found a loaded gun hidden in his trousers during a traffic stop.
Cops stopped their black BMW, which might have had fake plates. Yousefali said he had a gun tucked into his pants. Police also found a machete between Meti and the car door. They discovered bags of cocaine, cannabis, MDMA, and ketamine inside, with a street value around £6,000.
Yousefali and Meti admitted their crimes, including intent to sell class A drugs like cocaine, MDMA, and 2C-B. They also planned to sell class B drugs: ketamine and cannabis.
Yousefali faced more charges, including possessing an illegal short firearm and a loaded gun in public, violating a five-year ban from owning guns. Meti also faced extra charges for having a knife in public and driving without insurance. Both confessed on November 22, 2024.
The court sentenced Yousefali to eight years and nine months and Meti to four years on February 4. The weapons they possessed could have hurt people.
The pair moved lots of illegal drugs, targeting people enjoying nightlife in Bristol for their sales. Police will keep fighting drug crime.
