The show lets people ask questions of politicians, decision-makers, and other prominent figures. The BBC wants Aberdeen residents for free tickets and is looking for all kinds of people to participate.

Past guests have included famous people. Authors like Val McDermid have appeared. Comedians like Karen Dunbar were on, as well as politicians and journalists.
Debate Night airs at different times now. Watch at 9 PM on BBC Scotland, or at 10:40 PM on BBC One Scotland, following the 10 o’clock news. The first show was in Glasgow where Angus Robertson, Douglas Lumsden, Kirsty McNeill, Karen Dunbar, and John McLellan spoke.
