Belfast: A woman in her 50s caused quite a scene on an easyJet flight. She was arrested after allegedly shouting racial slurs at other passengers.

This all went down last Friday. Witnesses said her comments were really offensive. One passenger, Shauna Corr, felt bad for those around her, especially kids.

Shauna described the woman’s language as “atrocious” and noted she even made derogatory remarks about Ukrainians. Other passengers tried to calm her down, but she just kept shouting.

The flight attendants stepped in, warning her that police would be called. But she didn’t stop until they landed. Then, she was escorted off the plane.

Shauna praised the crew for their handling of the situation. She called the woman’s behavior “disgusting.” It’s surprising to see such actions from a middle-aged woman, she said.

The chaos reportedly started when the woman even took some crisps from a flight attendant without paying.

easyJet confirmed that police met the flight upon arrival due to the disruptive passenger. They emphasized that safety is their top priority.

Greater Manchester Police reported they were called about a drunk and disorderly woman on the flight. She was arrested when the plane landed and is now in custody for questioning.
