AviAlliance is a major player in airport investments. They bought AGS Airports from Ferrovial and Macquarie for £1.53 billion. This deal adds AGS Airports to AviAlliance’s global network, which includes airports in Athens, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and San Juan.
Kam Jandu has been appointed as the new CEO of AGS Airports. He has over 30 years of experience in aviation and travel. He previously led Budapest Airport and is ready to take AGS Airports to the next level.
Kam replaces Andy Cliffe, who is leaving by mutual agreement. Andy has played a key role in AGS Airports’ success and will help Kam transition smoothly into his new role.
