Aberdeen: A 26-year-old man lost his life in a motorbike crash early Monday. It happened on a rural road near Keith. Emergency services arrived around 6:35 AM.

The man was riding a black and white Honda CBR 125 motorcycle. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed about the tragedy.

An 18-year-old rider was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Thankfully, his condition is stable. The road was closed for about seven hours for the investigation.

Police reopened it around 1:45 PM. They’re asking anyone who saw the crash to reach out. If you have dashcam footage, they’d love to see it.

Sergeant Lesley Morrison expressed condolences to the family. She emphasized the importance of gathering information. If you were in the area that morning, please help out.
