Buckland on the BBC The pupils of Buckland St Mary C of E Primary School were visited on Sunday morning by the BBC radio Somerset as part of Clueless with Richard Lewis. The school had been asked to be one of the destinations on the whirlwind tour of Somerset. The children were busy preparing for their May Fair, on Saturday 21st of May, when the Clueless tea m arrived at the school. Busy practicing their maypole dancing, the radio DJ’s asked if they could join in and the children taught them to dance! It was a great opportunity for the school to shine a light on the rapid improvements that have happened over the last 12 months since joining The Redstart Learning Partnership and how many positive improvements have been made to the standards of education and to the. school environment.Categories: 1 Category
